Fraudulent payment and contacting the bank!?
I have recently paid for an item over the internet and it now seems it is a fraudulent payment. The item i have ordered has been shown to be a fake, even though i haven't received it yet!
I phoned my bank and this money unfortunately has been taken from my account and I was told i would have to wait for 30 days to see if the product arrives. I dont want this product and I'm unable to cancel my order through the website (What a surprise!!)
How do i go about trying to get my money back and cancelling the order? Would Ofcom be interested to hear about this?
Plus, the money that was taken from my account was actually more than was stated on the website, and i didn't receive a confirmatory email about my order.
Any help would be great :)

Take a look at the consumer rights web site below. I think it is very difficult to make claims when dealing with internet shopping.
