How can I design a logo with, "Increase the smoking age from 16 to 21" as the slogan, thx?

I'll bet you think the words "One nation under God" should be taken out of the Pledge, because you don't think we should have God jammed down our throats.

Why don't you have a picture of a cigerrette that looks like a funnel/arrow at the top, put 16 at the bottom and 21 at the top.. put a strapline at bottom saying Age Increase Needed.. or something like that!!
