Resolved Question

Is there any website to sell ideas to big companies like Google or B&Q ? ideas like Twitter ...?

you know...
the kinda thing that might seem simple but needs the right ears and skilled hands to drive it...
I know there is a site like suggestionbox.com but that seems to be a loose "suggestion" type of connection....
any where that supports intellectual property stuff?

in response to @arewethereyet 's reply:

so is it enough just to do that and start "talking" to them? or they should ask you to express your views first?

I mean, if after a while, they decide to go for it, can one stick to say, the transferred emails (with that copyright or patent ) in which he has told them his ideas in?

If you look at the business acquisitions that Google have made, you will see that they have all been 'up and running' as independent websites prior to takeover.

See here for list of acquisitions / services

If possible, try and launch the service first, even if its just to a 'closed network' of users for evaluation purposes.

That way you will be able to test your idea and services.

  • You first need to protect your "idea" with either a copyright or patent before approaching a large company like that, otherwise they can feel free to use it without compensation.

Then you have to approach each company individually, if you use a website that helps you, they will also help themselves to a substantial portion of any money you might have coming.
