Police Force's main competitors?
From and Service and Marketing point of view, who would you say are the Police Force's main competitors?

Private sector security companies, Local Authority community wardens or Police Community Support Officers and Neighbourhood watch schemes are all obvious competitors.
However - if you are considering wider competitors, remember that as a publicly funded body they have to compete with other publicly funded bodies such as NHS, Defence, Education, Fire and Rescue Service for their slice of the budget so they are in direct competition with other public services.
