Sorry, but there is no such thing. Whether you call them Multi-Level, Network, Affiliate, Progressive Marketing....they are all pyramid schemes.

• Online affiliate schemes have been around almost as long as the internet and in 2008 Google aquired DobleClick. You could look at the Google Affiliate Network, they offer schemes for both Advertisers and Publishers.
  
  Advertiser = business's wishing to use the affiliate network to promote products and services in return for offering payments to 'affiliates'
  
  Publisher = business or individual wishing to earn money from promoting 'Advertiser' products or services
