Resolved Question

How would i word to advertise WORKSHOP/WORKSPACE.?

I have a cafe, we shut at 6pm every night, someone told us to rent it out for say 2hrs a night for craft ect sessions, have a minimum of 10 and say charge £3 each and throw in a tea/coffee and scone,
Or unless some one could suggest something better, but i need the right words to put a poster up for public view, please help.

It's a good way of generating some extra income. Instead of charging a fee per head, charge a fixed fee for the 2 hours, say £30, so that if only 5 people turn up to the group you still make your money. (I belong to an art group that's charged a fixed fee for use of a room. We're now setting our membership at a fixed fee for the year so that we can cover it even if not everyone turns up.)

Put something on your poster like, "Need somewhere for your art, photography or craft group to meet? Room available 1900-2100 Monday to Friday. Speak to XXX for availability and rates"

As soon as you let people know it's available, you'll have plenty of enquiries. Groups need meeting places all the time.

Good luck!
